I'm thinking of starting a small business with a product which would incorporate some lidor systems components. That would involve starting a small business website.
That's why I'm looking at the visited websites from this point of view.
I must say I'm quite impressed by the Lidor Systems site. Performance such as Responsivity (loading time) and content quality is a benchmark for me.
Since my core competence is in windows forms software development and not in web technologies, it would be nice to let me know best practices from your site development if possible. (Used technology / skins / framework).

There are many frameworks which can help you in creation of your web site. For example, the Macromedia Dreamweaver is very good. You can create your own templates and handle all your pages in single project.
We also like very much Expression Web 3 from Microsoft, because it allows you to compare how your pages will look on many different browsers.
